Snap to line broken in B2TR?

I noticed that Snap to grid seems to be broken in Onenote 2007 B2TR.
Anytime I try adding text to an existing block the text gets moved
whereever I let go of the pen. This requires me to try to align the
text myself, a proposition that doesn't always work out the way I'd
like it to.

In general, we try really hard not to shift you ink around when you write.

Can you provide me with some details of the behavior you're observing? What
is in the block of text you are adding to (ink or text), how are you adding
text (typing/inking?), where are you adding text (top/middle/bottom) of the
block, and what is moving?
