snapshot file

hi
i get an error when i open a snapshot file (from access 2003) . the system
are similar winxppro and office 2003 pro
i installed sp3 office do not work
i repaired the office still do not work
i made alocal access db and make a snapshot file and still do not work

Try and uninstall SP3 and return to SP2 to see if that will fix the problem.
There are a number of issues with SP3, but I didn't see that particular one
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Perhaps it hasn't been noticed yet.
