Snapshot incompatibility?

Hi!

I use office xp and i need to distribute some reports from
M. Access to some persons.

I thought that using Snapshot format it would be an easy
task, but many of these persons can not open the .snp
file, because all they get is:

"I clicked on a .snp file. Snapshot viewer opens up. I
get a window
telling me i have no printer installed. I click ok.
Now all i see is the snapshot window with a broken icon of
a snapshot
file."
