snapshot reports/Web GUI probelm

I am producing snapshot reports from an web GUI. It works fine in my local
machine but when I copy over to the clients test server the fonts in the
text is spaced out 0 it doen't seem to be maintaining the font. I am using
arial which I wouldn't have thought would cause any issues.
Have also tried the autoformatting in the reports section.

Anyone any ideas??

Check the default printer for the client's machine. use a default printer
that is generic like an HP LJ 4 or LJ 6. Then make sure that its dpi
setting is at least 600 dpi.
