We have an employee using Snapshot viewer to open reports
sent through email. When he opens a report that was
designed and sent in landscape orientation, it comes up on
his computer in portrait. He can change this in his
default options, but then he can't properly display
reports that are designed in portrait.
Everyone in my department uses Snapshot Viewer and
normally when we open a report it is displayed in whatever
orientation it was sent in. Why is his snapshot viewer
overriding the format of the report with his default
selection?
