I send out reports from MS Access in Snapshot format.
Almost everyone in the department can open them and print
them with the results identical to the report I saw in
access. There are a few folks that pull up the reports
and their computer always defaults the orientation of the
reports to either portrait or landscape. They must change
it each time they print a snapshot item. We have tried
reinstalling the viewer and looked for settings, but can't
find any reason for this.
Why do most people see the report in whichever orientation
it was sent, but a handful must tell the viewer which to
use?
Thanks for the help!
