Snapshot Viewer

I have a strange problem. When I open Snapshot files from my
email(Outlook2000SP3) Sometimes they open landsacpe view and sometimes
portrait view. It is very random. Sometimes the file that opened portrait
will open landscape later on. They all print landscape. How can I set the
view to be landscape every time?
