Snapshot Viewer

I have a user who receives an Access 2K report that is in snapshot format
(ReportName.snp). It is sent as an e-mail attachment to him. When he
attempts to open it, however, he gets this error:

The Windows Installer failed to install the program associated with this
file.

I have installed the snapshot viewer on his PC using the download from
Microsoft, but it still won't open the snapshot files. He gets the same
error message every time.

Any ideas?
