snapshot viewer

I have a database on a network, when I open and print a
report and export it to snapshot viewer it works fine, but
when someone else opens it and tries to export it to
snapshot viewer it goes over minimized and you can not
enlarge it in snapshot viewer. Snapshot viewer on his
machine displays other snapshots that I've exported
correctly. His machine even works on someother reports
within the same database, just not this one report. We
both are running Access 2002 and Snapshot viewer 10.0. The
only difference I see is I have an HP 845xc and he has an
HP 5550. Could this have anything to do with it? Any help
would be appreciated.

It did not print because of the HP 5550, I setup another

printer and used the driver HP 550C and everything printed
fine.
