Snapshot Viewer

I use snapshot viewer to send reports to customers, but
I'm having a lot of trouble with it. Some users can't
download it at all. Some can download it but it doesn't
work. Others open a report and it is blank, but it will
print OK. Is this the right forum to ask these questions
and what can I do to fix it. It is a great tool when it
works.

Yes there is. There are PDF converters to do that job. I suggest you pick

one after a search on Google. However.... there is another problem; a proper

export to the PDF format or to Word might not always work. The format may be

messed up. But you can always try, depends on the complexity of yourreport.
