Snapshot Viewer

I noticed that none of the posts on 08/10 had a response,
so I'm going to try this again. If there is not a fix for
Snapshot Viewer, is there a way to send reports in Adobe
Acrobat?

I use snapshot viewer to send reports to customers, but
I'm having a lot of trouble with it. Some users can't
download it at all. Some can download it but it doesn't
work. Others open a report and it is blank, but it will
print OK. Is this the right forum to ask these questions
and what can I do to fix it. It is a great tool when it
works.
