We email snapshot reports from Access and after successfully opening 22 in a
row (from the attachment in Outlook), now all of a sudden we have one
computer that won't open anymore! The error is in a Microsoft Office Outlook
error box and says:
Can't create file: NewCustomer.snp. Right-click the folder you want to
create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder.
We are not trying to create a file at all...just view the attached snapshot!
We have re-started several times and the files still open on other machines.
Other types of attachments open fine on this machine. The error is strange
because it does not relate to what we are trying to do!
We use Office 2003 and run Windows XP Pro. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks!
