Hi !
Please, first, excuse me for my bad english, I'm french and there is no
french OneNote NG.

In the help of OneNote, I can read :

====
"You can use Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 to capture an snapshot of the
totality or a part of your screen , then to insert in your notes.

1. Place the insertion point in your notes where you wish to add the
snapshot.

2. In the menu Insertion, click on "détourage".

etc."

If OneNOte is closed, click with the right button on the icon of OneNote
in the taskbar Windows, then click on to capture the snapshot.
....

====

My OneNote is completely installed and I've no such commande in the
menus.... And you ?...

Do you have the Service Pack installed? That option was added with SP1. I am
thinking that the help entry you are getting is from the on-line help, not
from directly on your machine. To check your version, do Help--> About
OneNote. The last four numbers of the version number should be 6360 and it
should be followed by "SP1"

If you do have SP1 installed, post back and we'll see what else might be
going on.
