Socket Error/outlook express

I know this is for outlook however I was unable to find a
group on outlook express. We were able to remove 3
viruses "Downloader Turown B, C, and D and now we get this
error please help not much hair left to pull out!

Who's Bill? Of course I know of them. I wouldn't have referred you to them
if I didn't know they existed. Take ten seconds, search this group and
you'll find the many references to them that include links. Also, go back
to the page where you found the link to this group. You'll find the OE
groups linked there, too.
