Software Licensing

Matt

I work for a company that was buying retail boxed sets of
Office XP Professional - I have converted us to Office Pro
2003 under eOpen Licensing.
Several of our users wish to purchase the boxed sets of
Office XP Pro - what legalities are involved for a company
to sell employees old, unused software?

Thanks

Ask Microsoft - any answers you get here are mostly from non-MS employees
who would only be guessing.
