Stupid as it seems (which it IS), Outlook's issue can be solved by making
separate profiles for every blasted account you have in Outlook. WHY it's
this way who knows, but Outlook hates if you have more than ONE email account
using the SAME incoming/outgoing mail server names so the ONLY way to solve
it is to make a separate profile for each account--in Windows XP Service Pack
2 Home you reach this area by going into the control panel and then hitting
"Mail" and the "Profiles" button.

I did this and it solved the baslted issue FINALLY.

Bye.

I have multiple accounts in all of my Outlook profiles. Explain your
symptoms in detail, including your Outlook version and account type(s) and
perhaps someone will be able to suggest a solution.
