Yes, the problem also occurs with new pages created in FrontPage 2003. As
with my old webpages, there is no flashing cursor in design view but the is in
code view. I check newsgroups and found several people with the identical
problem. It was driving me crazy!!!! I have over a hundred programs and
nothing like that has ever happened. All of my programs are new and I upgrade
ALL my hardware drivers weekly. I have all MY updates. I do full virus and
Trojan scans weekly. I know it's a bug....in the past I've found and confirmed
new bugs with all the major software providers including MS, Corel, Adobe and
Macromedia.

It's the last suggestion...10th thread...although its not accurately stated.
The exact solution is as follows:
-Start
-Control Panel
-Accessibility Options
-Display Tab
-Under Cursor Options move slightly from narrow to wide
-Apply
For an unknown reason, just resetting the cursor width slightly and applying
the change makes the cursor now work in the design view of FP 2003. In fact,
after applying you can reset the cursor width to the original width and
re-apply and the cursor will still be there in FP 2003!!!!

Does this happen when you select File New page (not a previously made page)
Are your older pages published online anywhere - Provide a URL
