Solver in Quick Access Toolbar causes Excel 2007 startup failure

This is reproducable every time -

If you add Solver to the quick access toolbar it seems to corrupt the
Excel.qat file. Although the button will work it after being added, the
problem emerges the next time Excel is started. Any Excel start-up will now
cause a fatal application error.

The only solution I have found is to delete the Excel.qat file and avoid
adding Solver to the QAT.

Anyone else seen this problem?
