We have encountered the following problem in MS-Outlook (2002/XP and 2003):
In a calendar folder, we select the single-day view, the one where events
are vertically arranged based on their time order and duration, usually with
a scroll bar on the right. At the top of the list appear the all-day events
of the day. The problem is that all-day events may only use up to 50% circa
of the column height available, even when there are no other events in the
day. To make matters worse, no warning is given of the fact that some
all-day entries are missing from the displayed list!
One can lessen the impact by increasing screen resolution or decreasing the
display character size, but we can never be sure that it is the complete
list of all-day events.
Is it a bug or is it merely a matter of incorrect/missing settings?
TIA,
