I am currently in the process of upgrading our Office suite from Office 97
Pro with Outlook 2000 to Office 2003. When applying the upgrade, the install
sucessfully removes all old components but only installs Outlook, Publisher
and Infopath on my XP machines. If I chose the recommended "Upgrade", Word,
Excel, PPT and Access all show as "Not Available". I was hoping to assign the
upgrade in a policy to over 1000 machines but so far can not even apply a
standard upgrade!
