Some appt's are bad

On a certain user's PC, they add appt's all day long
however some of the appt's have become unusable stating
the following error message "Can't open this item. Out of
memory or system resources. Close some windows or
programs and try again." Keep in mind this is a P4 with
tons of memory and the error happens when no other program
is running, any help?

Try clearing the forms cache.

If you close outlook
Perform a FIND (click on desktop and press <F3>)
(If you are using XP or W2K operating system be
sure to look in hidden files)
Look for FRMCACHE.DAT file.
Delete it from the find window.
Restart Outlook.

When you restart Outlook it will rebuild a fresh new
FRMCACHE.DAT file.
