Some basic use of MS-Project

Hello,
I have MS-Project 2003.

How can I :
1. Write ms-project in Hebrew (need any patch installation ?)
2. Write the duration of task in hours (There are days that I have only 1-2
hours, and some 2-3 hours free - can I also tell how much I have time to the
project in a specific day ?)

Don't know about the Hebrew (maybe ask Microsoft) but I can help with the
other question
Tools, Options, Schedule, duration is entered in... select hours
