Several days ago I changed all the signatures of users in My company. All of
the users use outlook 2003. I added a logo in everyone's signature. The logo
is a jpg file.
Then most of the clients can receive our emails. but some of the clients can
not receive our emails. At first, I did not know this is because of the new
signatures I set for the users.
One of users in my company told me that she sent two emails to the same
client, the client had received the one which does not contained the logo in
her signature, and the other email was dropped automatically by the email
system.
I was wondering why the some of the email systems drop the emails that
contain logo in the signature? Is this because of some antivirus software? Is
this a common problem in email systems? I use exchange server 2003 as email
server
Thank you!
