some controls on this presentation cant be activated?

hello

My friend recently got an animated email ( helicopter game ) run in
powerpoint, the problem is when he tries to run it he get this message:
"some controls on this presentation cant be activated.they might not be
registered on this computer."
He has windows xp ..office 2003.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

A wild guess since I cant see your PC (no really I cant!) - maybe the game is
in flash and you dont have Adobe flash player on your PC?
