Some documents make Word 2003 crash on another computer

Some documents make Word 2003 crash on another computer. I get that dialogue
that urges me to send error data to Microsoft (which I obediently do).

Old computer:
XP Pro SP2 English
Word 2003 Pro English latest updates

New computer:
XP Pro SP2 Swedish
Word 2003 Pro Swedish latest updates

Documents that make Word crash have bulleted lists or tables containing
words marked as spelling errors. When I remove the lines with the misspelled
words in the old computer the documents open fine in the new one. Note
however that not all misspelled words in bulleted lists or tables make Word
crash on the new computer.

What can I do? I don't want to keep the old computer just to be able to open
some old document to "wash" it for the new computer.

Ok, apparently there is a language related bug. It appeared that Word would
crash when I tried to use the spell checking too (when I tried to add a word
to the dictionary).

I suddenly got a bit confused when I came to think about the fact that I had
a Swedish version of Office. I was quite sure that I had installed an
English version. So I started the "Add and remove programs" window and
noticed that apart from the Office installation there was a "Microsoft
Office 2003 Swedish GUI" (or something similar) installed, probably because
the OS is Swedish.

I uninstalled it and now everything works fine.

No, sorry, it still crashes. A bit later now, seemingly for things
concerning spell checking. I will to uninstall Office and reinstall it
again.

Anyone has a clue?

I ended up removing everything that has with Office to do and then
reinstalled it. Now it works.
