I have a Word 2008 document that includes material from an old 2005 document. I have added some equations with MathType 6 because they "fell out" in trying to resurrect the old document. SOME of the equations, perhaps the ones I have added, show up fine on the screen but will not print--from either Print Layout or draft view, and whether the file has been saved in .docx or .doc format. Diagnoses? Solutions?
I have seen some apparently related articles, but since I have MathType 6, the explanations don't quite work.
