Some false errors?

Office Source engine service is disabled.
Windows Installer service is disabled.
I am logged on as a limited user on Windows 2003 Ent. Server.
Office 2003 Pro is installed.

Start Word:
[Microsoft Office Word 11.0] (info)
An error occurred and this future is no longer functioning properly. Please
run Setup and select "Repair..." to restore this application.

When I click OK, Word starts and everything works fine.



Open a Word Document:
[Microsoft Office Word] (alert)
This command cannot be performed because a dialog box is open. Click OK, and
then close open dialog boxes to continue.

I also see this dialog box: Preparing to install...
When I click OK, it displays:

[Microsoft Office Word 11.0] (info)
An error occurred and this future is no longer functioning properly. Please
run Setup and select "Repair..." to restore this application.

When I click OK, Word starts, opens the document and everything works fine.



I reinstalled the Office, but nothing changed.
Note: I enabled those services before reinstalling.
I don't receive this messages if I am Administrator.
