Some Files Crash Excel

I have recieved some Excel files and created others that for some reason
crash Excel. Most commonly I will try to adjust a row height on these
particular files and the application will crash. This happens to only a
monority of my Excel files but it is very annoying. The majoirity of my file
run fine. I'm running Excel 2000 under MS XP. Any idea of the cause. Would
upgrading to Excel XP solve the problem?
