Some folders from an IMAP account will not sync

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

I've changed two POP accounts on two separate servers to IMAP accounts. On one of the accounts, on the server side, all folders showed up, but on my client side (on my computer) some of the folders didn't show up.

I've Live Sync checked. I can send and receive mail on this account. But some of the folders that are on the server will not show in Entourage.

Thanks in advance,
dov

If you select the name of the account in the left hand panel in an
Entourage browser window, you should see the folder listing in the right
hand panel.

Select the missing folders (they will probably be white instead of
blue). Right-click on them and select 'subscribe' from the contextual
menu.

Thanks for your reply Barry.

The problem is that the "missing" folders don't show up
at all in the folder listing right hand panel. I don't have
a way to subscribe to them. Only on the server I can see
these "missing" folders.

Thanks,
dov

OK, what names do these folders have? Is there anything unusual about
them?

Nothing unusual with the folders names. However, I did changed the account in question from POP TO IMAP and moved its mail folders from Outlook on a PC to the server - can this be the source of the problems?!

Have you tried to set main folder to INBOX or whatever you have on IMAP server? This is the case when you see only one folder when IMAP account is selected.
