Some Form fields have background colour instead of white

I created a form and it works fine. Trouble it ... just went to visit and
for some reason, some of the fields have a yellow background when published.
In FP preview they are white (which is what I want) but in browser preview
(IE) and after publishing, some are yellow.

I don't know how this happened, and I don't know how to fix it. I went into
some of the fields and set the shading to white, but it's not helping.
