Some Mail Item Cannot be Open

User A is delegated User B with Editor right on his mailbox
Some of the Mail Item (without Attachment) cannot be open and got the
following message

"Can't open this item. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this
operation on this object. See the folder contact or your system
administrator."

What can i trace/solve the problem.
