some mails not appearing in search folder in Outlook 2003

I interact with a team of people on a day to day basis and wanted a search
folder to help me in viewing all emails that have been sent by OR received by
the team members including me.

I have created a new search folder using the "Mail from and to specific
people" as template. I have added about 10 email addresses to the search
criteria. But many of the mails that are sent by people in the team (in which
I am in CC) are not appearing in the view.

I tried an alternate option with the Advanced Search Criteria but could not
achieve the desired effect because I was unable to specify the "OR" option -
i.e. mail from "X" (OR) mail to "X".

Could any of you help me overcome this issue?

Thanks!
Selva

Well, that search folder should work on the surface, as far as I can tell.
Try just adding one of the addresses first, just to see if it finds it. Are
the only messages not showing up the ones on which you were CC'd?
