Some Messages going to Deleted Folder

I have Outlook 2002. Messages from some users are automatically going to my
Deleted Items folder. I checked the Rules as well as the Junk Senders and
Adult Content lists, but do not see the email id in question. Is there
someplace else that I might look where the system is identifying something as
junk and/or adult content? Thanks. Bill

Do you have any add-ins? Are you scanning incoming messages with an
antivirus or -spam program?

I know that I have Mcafee virus software on the computer, but do not know
about any other SPAM software...I will check. Thanks, Brian.

Make sure you DISABLE the mail scanning feature in the AV program. Better
yet, uninstall the AV program and reinstall it WITHOUT the mail scanning
feature. You will still be just as protected and the AV program won't
interfere with Outlook.
