Some monospace fonts are not monospaced (continuous white spaces)

Consolas would not be displayed as a monospace font in Microsoft Word while
entering two or more continuous white spaces. This does not happen in web
browers. And Consolas works very fine in Visual Studio. More than that, MS
Powerpoint does display Consolas as monospaced style.

How to fix that?

A monospaced font like Consolas is provided by microsoft.
