some of my contacts don't sych to my handheld PDA

I find many of my contacts are not syching to my PDA? I have experienced this
issue on two different PDA's which leads me to believe when I enter contacts
into Outlook there is something blocking them from transsferring. Has anyone
else experienced this and what steps did you take to reconcile the issue?

How many contacts folders do you have? How are you syncing? Are you using a
filter set in the sync software to limit the contacts that are synced?

Activesync can sync only the default folder.
