some Outlook 2003 menus in Chinese

I recently installed a Chinese font package and now the menus in Outlook 2003
appear to use the Chinese font for the pull-down menus. In particular, if I
go to the following menu

Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Stationary and Fonts (Fonts...) ->
International Fonts...

The entire thing is in Chinese. Is there a way to reset the fonts used in
the menus to English?
