some pages won't load

am new to publisher. attempting to load 10 page web site. love working with
publisher design templates, they're great, but i can't get all my pages up.
when i click publish to the web, the home page saves as index.htm, which i
can ftp onto the site. the other pages do not all load in the same file, so
i have attempted to load them individually, but loading them by their page #s
(page 656) doesn't work. i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.

Note from what you have described, you should also plan on deleting the
files that you did manage to upload, if any, before uploading again.
