Some Personal Folders cannot be deleted

Hello to all. I've been trying to delete some items in
some specific personal folders but I get this message:

The messaging interphase has returned an unknown error.
Please let me know what I should do. I also tried the
mailbox cleanup and it does not want to archive these
folders even though I've checked their archive settings.
