Some problem when use Office2003 in Windows2000(with SP4)

When i update the office from 2000 ver. to 2003, in windows 2000(SP4), the
print function in MS Office Picture Manager is not available, also can't see
the thumbnails of picture file (e.g. jpg) in window explorer. But It is ok
when i use Office2003 with XP......
Can i solve this problem or i must be upgrade my windows to XP. Thanks for
advise.
