Some Publisher dialog boxes not responding to mouse

When editing a Publisher document some dialog boxes do not respond to
left mouse clicks. I need to Tab to the different selections/commands
then use the Enter key. Publisher is up to date. New Dell PC,
Publisher 2007, Vista Ultimate

Trial?
Look under help and run Office Diagnostics.
Mouse options is a Vista function. Might look in the control panel for *Ease of
Access Center*.
