Some questions

Hi all,

I have installed the german version and have some questions.

1. Is there a way to work with the contacts from outlook, instead with a
copy from outlook contacts?

2. If I have "one man enterprise" do I add it as an account or an conntact
or both?

3. I have freelancer as partners. How can I assign them to differnet
accounts?

1) BCM only works with data in its own folders. BCM using its own data
store, different from Outlook's, and only works on the data it stores.

2) Generally Accounts are intended for companies and institutions (and
when linked to an accounting system, entities with which you do
transactions), and Contacts for the people you communicate with. I
would recommend following that principle (add both for the one man
enterprise), but in the case of a single person enterprise you can
probably get away with just using one. The differences are subtle; e.g.
when printing reports when importing and exporting, and printing
reports, Accounts don't have a Home Telephone.

3) Contacts can only belong to a single Account.
