Some resource assignments not displaying in "View my tasks"

Project Server 2003 - Web Access

User is assigned a new task and is notified by email. He updates the task
in Outlook but ithe task does not appear in his timesheet view in Web Access.
Other tasks are displayed - just this one doesn't display.

Ask the user to navigate to the View my tasks page in PWA and to see if the
Current tasks option is selected in the actions pane on the left. If it is,
ask him to select the All tasks option and see if the task appears. Let us
know if this helps.

Hi Dale. Thanks for the suggestion but we already did this.

This is now resolved.

We removed the resource from the tasks then from the project, saved the
project, opened it again, added the resource to the project and then to the
tasks and then republish.

Was this problem occuring for ALL resources, or just a select few?

I wonder if it was because the resource type was PROPOSED and not set to
COMMITTED? Check the booking type of the resource.

Neil, this was happening for only one person. It seemed to just be a glitch
because his config was the same as all other resources on the project.
