We are using Office 2003 sp1 with MS Exchange Server. Some of our users are
showing calendar events that are off by one hour. In some cases the “Adjust
for daylight savings time†is not checked. Once we check them the calendars
will adjust and become correct. We leave satisfied that the problem has been
solved. Sometime later, in most cases not much, we get a call back that the
problem is back. I am wondering if there might be some time settings on the
exchange server itself. Also, some users have handhelds. I am thinking that
if their home version of Office is not the same as here at work and/or their
daylight settings are incorrect at home that will cause the problem. Any
ideas?
