some users are unable to print html e-mails in outlook 2003

I have some users that were ok yesterday but now are unable to print e-mails
that are received in html format

any suggestions

What method do they use when they want to print the message (as there are
1001 methods within Outlook)

Is the option Print available or greyed out?

From File and the icon the printer all other applications work, and plain
text e-mails are ok

Applied Service Pack 1 already? They've made a couple of changes on how
Outlook prints HTML messages.

SERVICE PACK1 installed already

may have the fix at http://windowsxp.mvps.org/iefix.htm

will try it when they have all gone home

Could be indeed; Outlook uses IE to print HTML messages
