Some users cannot see images

Using: Outlook 2002. All users are set for Rich Text composition, using
Word 2002 to edit e-mail messages as well as read Rich Text e-mail messages.

We occasionally paste screen prints into the body of our messages. Most
users users can see the images, but not all.

All users can print the message and the images appear on the paper.

I've verified these settings in Word:
1. If you're working in Normal view, switch to Print > Layout view (View |
Print Layout) because objects that are formatted as "float over text" (Word
97) or as something other than "inline with text" (Word 2002 and 2003) are
not visible in Normal view.
2. Click on Tools | Options | View tab | check the "Drawings" box and
uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box | Print tab | check the "Drawing
objects" box | OK.

Any ideas where to look now as these settings are correct for the user?

Thanks.

Try this!!
1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Under Download Pictures, click Change Automatic Download Settings.
3. Clear the Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML
e-mail check box.
4. Click OK twice.
Note By default, when you edit, forward, or reply to a message that
references external content, Outlook displays a warning message. If you want
to turn off these warning messages, clear the Warn me before downloading
content when editing, forwarding, or replying to e-mail check box.

Hope this Helps!!!

Thanks
Nish

I cannot find this in Outlook 2002. I believe it was introduced in Outlook
2003. Any other ideas? Thanks.
