some users cannot see macro

Hi All,

We have several maros stored on the enterprise level. When users login into
the project server from MSProject 2002 pro, they see a custom menu on the
toolbar with bunch of macros.
Strange thing is some users are not seeing it even after logging into the
project server. When I check the account setting and test connection, it
tells me that the connection to project server is successful.
Some users however can see the custom menu.
I am trying to figure out how to troubleshoot the issue..
Any ideas?
