Some way to open Office Binde Files

When I was running Windows 2000 and Office 2000 I created some files inside
the Office Binder. I'm still using Office 2000 Professional (Word 2000
(9.0.6926 SP-3)) now. Do I have something in Office 2000 that will give me
some way to open these files? (file extension is obd).

If it means going into the Add/Remove > Change routine, would it be on disk
1 or disk 2?

You can custom-install the Binde feature from your Office 2000 CD
if it isn't already installed, so what is the problem?
