Someone sent me their "contact" form

Someone sent me their contact form as an attachment which
I was able to "save and close" direct into my contact
folder. What a great wheeze! So much potential.

How do I do that, I mean creating my own form and saving
it in an email-able format?

What did they actually send you -- a vCard (.vcf attachment), a normal
Outlook contact, or a contact using a custom form?

What version of Outlook are you using?
