Something strange with Outlook Last User ID

Hi everyone! I found that registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities with value "Last User ID" {8D32DF8B-D3B8-4783-A0C5-FE37E2FC8659} is similar with one of my friend!!! But i guess this impossible!!! Cause, as i know, this must be an unique ID given to Outlook Express profile. So if somebody have same regestry entry and value or know something about this problem answer plz.
