Something that I came accross

If you place links on your website to a PowerPoint files for your visitors
and you want the file to run when clicked on, change the file extension from
pps to ppt.

An oddity I came across this evening when adding a PowerPoint file to my
site was, you can't change the pps to ppt on the server; well you can but
the file may not run when visiting the site and clicking on it. Change the
file name when the file is on your computer hard drive.

The file I added was "Suiza" on the Map page of our website.

If interested in some great photography and the very fine voices of Andréa
Bocelli and Sarah Brightman, drop in and visit.

The file consists of scenes in Switzerland; close enough to Italy for this
Paesano. :)

Nice stuff.
You may want to put a warning about download time after pushing the
button...takes a while to dl the file...during which nothing really
indicates that's whats happin'
